About Modus Design & Build
With over 35 years of expertise in construction and architectural glazing, we deliver premium modular extensions, garden rooms, verandas, and outdoor living structures tailored to your lifestyle.
35 years of construction and glazing mastery
Modus Design & Build Ltd was formed to bring over 35 years of specialist construction and architectural glazing experience directly into the modern modular building and outdoor living market.
Based in PO22 6LS, we specialise in creating transformative spaces that enhance everyday life. Our portfolio spans modular extensions, winter gardens, verandas, pergolas, bioclimatic structures, carports, decking, and innovative acoustic walling designed to eliminate unwanted external noise.
A smarter, cleaner way to build
Traditional building projects often involve months of mess, disruption, and unexpected delays. Our modular approach reimagines home improvement by precisely preparing structural components off-site before seamless installation on your property.
This innovative method ensures outstanding thermal efficiency, factory-standard quality control, and minimal time living on a busy building site — delivering superior finishes without the usual disruption.
Built properly, managed properly
From your initial design consultation to the final handover, we provide clear communication, honest guidance, and meticulous attention to detail. You deal directly with experienced trade specialists who take complete responsibility for your project.
We believe in good workmanship built on honest advice, durable materials, and finishes we are genuinely proud to put our name to.
